This is a muffler and exhaust on a natural gas engine. The noise control factor was so critical that the muffler was installed lying down and all exhaust lines and the muffler were covered with M.I.T. Thermal/Acoustic Blankets.

This is a newly installed turbocharger on a large natural gas engine. The noise levels had to be reduced to meet F.E.R.C. requirements. This was an ideal application for M.I.T. Thermal/Acoustic Blankets.

This is a glycol dehydrator at a natural gas pipeline station. The installation of M.I.T. Thermal Blankets reduced the fuel consumption by 10%. The blankets are also removable and reusable for easy maintenance of the unit.
